Not the right fit? No problem. You can return any item within 14 days after delivery – no reason needed.
How to return or cancel
Withdraw from contract / cancel or return an order
- Sign in at account.emohtee.com with the email address you used for your order.
- Open the order and choose Cancel (before it has shipped) or Request return (after delivery).
- Confirm your request. You will receive a confirmation email with the next steps.
Prefer email? Write to support@emohtee.com with your name and order number.
Return shipping and refunds
You pay the return shipping, unless the item is damaged, defective or wrong. We refund all payments, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the item back or you have shown proof that you sent it.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Return the original item as described above and place a new order.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Contact us at support@emohtee.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you, including all shipping costs.
